I’m taking a short break from Matthew through the end of the year. I go over why in the video, but in short, my pastor is going to spend the rest of the year bouncing between different sections of Matthew and to avoid accidental overlap I’m just going to put a pin in that for now. I have some other ideas for things things I feel led to do in the meantime. In this video I try to give a broad overview of the parts of the Old Testament I’m more familiar with, and that I feel have some popular culture/ common knowledge relevance. I wanted to be able to give some frame of reference for figures and event and where they occur in the timeline and hopefully encourage you to read your Bible more. I made it from Creation to the Passover in this one, but will (Lord willing) keep going in segments from there.
